CHANGES TO OUR CONDITIONS OF HIRE AND BOAT PREPARATIONS FOR COVID-19 SAFETY.
Spend time in your own bubble and outside in the fresh air in one of our narrowboats.
We will send you a video introduction to your boat before you arrive. Meet your boat and prepare for your holiday in advance. This reduces the need for us to come on board with you. Handover times are carefully scheduled to minimise overlap and reduce the number of people at the boat yard. Boat handover and training is performed outside.
Our boats are spotlessly clean as a matter of course. We are now supplementing this with the use of virucidal disinfectant and ventiliation between hires. We also minimise the members of staff that go aboard your boat as it is prepared for you.
Refunds less deposit are available up to one month prior to your booking in our Conditions of Hire. If you need to change your booking due to COVID-19 we do not charge an admin fee at any time – though we will increase your fees if you rearrange to a more expensive season or boat.
