How to Book your
Holiday with Us

Enquiry
1. Choose your boat from
our
Boats
page, checking the
price
below, or on the
Short
Breaks page.
 2.
You can check to see if the boat you want is free for your week by
clicking on the Check Box.
Or give us a
ring on 01865 554343 (+44 1865 554343 from outside the UK) or
email us
to check the boat is available.
3. We will reply within 24 hours, hopefully with your first choice. |

Your Booking.
4. To confirm your
booking you need to pay a deposit of £150 giving credit card number and
expiry date or send us a cheque payable to " College
Cruisers". Please reply within 48 hrs.
5. We will then confirm your booking and send you our conditions of
hire (click to see) and a map of how to find us. An invoice for the balance will also
be sent afterwards which should be paid at least one month before your
vacation starts.
Short Notice
Bookings
We do have boats available at short notice at discounted rates. Please
ring or email to see what we can offer you.

PETS by
prior arrangement at
£25 each. |

An
additional security deposit is required for large parties (8 or
over) and single sex parties. This is fully refundable in cases of
no negligence or accidents. |

Conditions of Hire. |
|
1) |
The following are not allowed;
Pets (unless by specific prior arrangement), Bicycles, Electrical/gas
items, livebait. |

2) |
Towels are provided at extra cost. |
|
3) |
Car parking is free of charge (up to a
maximum of 1 car per 4 people). Additional cars can be parked @ £20 per
car. (All cars are left under the strict agreement that they are left
entirely at your own risk. We do, of course take all reasonable
precautions.) |
| 4) |
If for any reason you are forced to
cancel your booking, you must inform us immediately. If this is before
the balance of hire is due (i.e. one month beforehand) you will forfeit
only your deposit. If it is within one month of your start date, we will
endeavour to re book but, unfortunately, you will remain liable for the
full payment! |

5) |
We cannot accept liability for loss or
theft of your own personal belongings. The boat and it’s contents are,
of course, fully insured against any accidental damage or loss to it or
a third party. |
|
6) |
Any wilful or damage caused by
irresponsible behaviour will be charged for. |
| 7) |
The boat is licenced for BW canals,
those wishing to take the boat on the Thames must obtain permission from
the boatyard prior to booking( this will not be given to novice hirers
and it should be noted that an additional licence will be required). |
| 8) |
The Hirer is liable for any charges
made by Navigation authorities for damage to the waterway or it’s
property. |
| 9) |
Dogs or Minors MUST NOT be left alone
on the boat OR steering the boat! |

10) |
The Hirer is in complete charge of
the boat and MUST, in the case of any accident inform us immediately and
make a note of any third parties involved together with details of the
event. |

11) |
The pick up time is 14.30 and the
drop off time is 09.30. (Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right
to charge £25 per hour for late arrival or drop off.) |
